买家发起退换货申请后,可选择退回LTM海外仓,由美国仓库人员高效处理打托,并提供换标和分货检修等增值服务工作,尽可能地降低退换货造成的损失。

退换货服务流程

1. 买家发起退换货申请 ,商家与其沟通协商后,核对相应的订单信息;

2. 将货物从FBA退回海外仓,对商品进行核验后做退货换标,重新入仓;

3. 让退换货商品重新上架二次销售,帮助卖家避免货物损失。

 

 

                                                                                          

After the buyer initiates a return and exchange application, they can choose to return the goods to the LTM overseas warehouse. The American warehouse personnel will efficiently handle the palletization and provide value-added services such as label replacement and goods distribution maintenance, to minimize the losses caused by the return and exchange as much as possible.

Return and Exchange Service Process

1. The buyer initiates a return and exchange application, and after communication and negotiation with the merchant, the corresponding order information is verified;

2. Return the goods from FBA to the overseas warehouse, verify the goods, return and replace them with labels, and re enter the warehouse;

3. Resale the returned or exchanged products for secondary sales, helping sellers avoid loss of goods.
